Yes. Shared, WordPress, VPS, backup and object-storage workloads run in Beauharnois, Quebec, and DotMoose is operated from Calgary, Alberta. All published prices are in Canadian dollars. External services such as payment processors, analytics, email delivery and CDNs can use their own locations, so review the complete service chain when data location is a formal requirement.
What control panel is included with shared hosting?expand_more
Virtualmin GPL is included by default on every shared plan. cPanel is a separate C$2/month option on the same Starter, Plus and Pro plans; note that cPanel-hosted email is not yet activated, so choose Virtualmin if you need hosted email immediately.
Do DotMoose prices jump at renewal?expand_more
No promo-renewal split: the listed monthly prices are the regular rates. Longer billing terms discount them — 10% (annual), 15% (two years) and 20% (three years) on shared hosting, and 5% / 7.5% / 10% on VPS. Coupons such as 3MONTHS80 apply only to the advertised first invoices and resume regular pricing afterwards.

No money-back guarantee is published. Refund eligibility depends on the service and any offer shown at checkout, and refunds are also provided where required by applicable law. Domain registrations and committed custom orders are generally non-refundable once processing begins.
