Hosting Infrastructure

TalCloud states that its services run on infrastructure located in France and that customer data stays within French territory. It does not name the data-center facility.

According to the company, its servers use Intel Xeon E5-2687W v3 CPUs (up to 3.5 GHz), DDR4 ECC memory and NVMe storage only, on a 10 Gbps network. The VPS platform uses KVM virtualization with full root access, and TalCloud says the CPU and RAM it advertises are genuinely reserved — it does not oversell them.

TalCloud aims for 99.9% availability and quotes under 15 ms of average latency to Paris and Western Europe (a ping from a French connection). The company calls 99.9% an objective rather than a guarantee: its terms state that no SLA with automatic compensation is offered.

Minecraft plans (Starter, Medium and Premium: 2–8 GB of DDR4 ECC RAM, 1–4 dedicated vCores, 15–50 GB of NVMe) start at €2.99 a month. The order form offers Paper, Vanilla, Sponge, Forge and BungeeCord, and TalCloud says CurseForge, FTB and Technic modpacks install in one click from its panel.

FiveM plans for GTA V roleplay (Start, Pro and Elite: 4–12 GB) start at €5.49 a month, with txAdmin and a MySQL database pre-installed.

VPS Hosting

TalCloud sells Linux VPS with full root access on KVM, in three configurations:

Discord Bot Hosting

TalCloud hosts Discord bots 24/7 in Python or Node.js at the same price. Plans (Basic, Standard and Advanced: 1–4 GB) include a pre-installed runtime, automatic start, an automatic restart after a crash, real-time logs and one-click restarts, starting at €1.99 a month.

Web Hosting (announced)

TalCloud has announced Web Pro, a shared hosting plan for showcase sites, blogs, WordPress and small shops, at €1.99 a month. As of September 2026 it is marked as coming soon and cannot be ordered. The announced plan includes:

Pricing Model

TalCloud uses a simple subscription model: plans are billed monthly with no commitment and no setup fee, and quarterly, semi-annual and annual cycles cost less — about 10% off on a yearly term. Customers cancel from their client area, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period without a pro-rata refund.

Current plans range from €1.99 a month (Discord Bot Basic) to €15.99 (FiveM Elite); VPS run from €4.99 to €14.99.

Prices are in euros and final: TalCloud is not VAT-registered (franchise en base, art. 293 B of the French tax code), so no VAT is added. Its terms mention card and PayPal payments; on 25 September 2026 the checkout offered card payment through Stripe only.

There is no money-back guarantee. Consumers keep the EU 14-day right of withdrawal; if they asked for the service to start immediately, they pay pro rata for what was already provided.
